This was a colour commission from Robert Atkins
on his sketch, in light of the upcoming anniversary and rumoured remake (about time... more flying combat this time please!) this was a fantastic piece to get to do 
Colours by me!
Its from a con sketch that Rob pulled out a while back, he's a big fan of the character too and you can see that from the sketch. He just asked me to try and keep it in tone with what the Rocketeer was about and the time period, so I did my best... and had fun along the way. I completely forgot we'd done this as its almost an oldie now haha!

Love this artwork. When I was doing research for my own piece I came across this and I was impressed with the design. Well done!
