This is a more refined digi paints approach that i'm working on, broadening the horizons a little. I have a bunch of great linearts from Ian Richardson ([link]), check out his gallery, he's done some great work for 2000AD and Marvel UK. Hopefully be doing some work with him in the future, just finding that right style for his lines... and strangely enough he's from my hometown neck of the woods which is great

That Brummie bond!

Hope you like what I did with Dredd, this was just an experiment so the BG was quick and to the point! Ian wanted some of the lineart still in there and to take an inspirational leaf from Granov and Hughes, more Granov for me in this though. Hopefully get it down a little more with the next practice. I was also running back through some Bisley Dredd!

Around 7 hours all in, taking my time, getting it right (for me)!
