Colour work by me, 2099!
I remember this guy mostly from his appearance in the Legion cartoon, such a great idea for a power... seems limited at first, but when you think what you could really do with it, its got a lot of possibilities. The ability to change the colour of things!! Not something I would have thought of if asked what powers I would like haha

Notable feats of Color Kid:
-Turning green Kryptonite into blue, saving Superman's life
-switching the colors of the sky and ground for square miles, disorienting and defeating a wing of jet pilots
...that's actually all I can remember right now, but I'm sure there's more. The second one is especially cool, because it shows the sheer scale that the guy is operating on; he could probably turn everything within eyeshot the same color and effectively blind entire armies.
